What to Expect

​My practice focuses on individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and/or low motivation.

All sessions are held via telehealth video call & last about 45 minutes.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Motivational Interviewing, which are evidence-based practices. My approach emphasizes non-judgment, empathy & authenticity.

I do my best to accommodate client schedules. Clients have 24/7 access to my calendar to book appointments.
